Zaiboom processes policy PDFs in memory (or ephemeral temp files). We do not retain PDFs as document storage. We store structured extraction JSON, gap scores, chat history and embeddings needed for Q&A.
Your conversations stay private to your account. We never sell your data. Account deletion removes user-scoped data via the API. Full legal copy can be refined before production launch.
